ProCivitas aims to be Sweden's best upper secondary school. At ProCivitas, we are dedicated to creating an excellent environment that attracts well-educated teachers and motivated students. ProCivitas has been running upper secondary schools since 1997, and our existing schools are today among the most popular in Southern Sweden and Stockholm.

We have a strong connection to the local business community. A large number of guest lectures and a dedicated business mentor for every student aim to create drive among our students. This drive is expressed, among other things, by us becoming Swedish Champions in Young Entrepreneurship several times and receiving a number of other awards.

Competent teachers create the right conditions for student success, but one is not strong alone. Working in teams and together with the business community is part of ProCivitas' recipe for success.

In the autumn of 2017, ProCivitas Stockholm opened, following the successful concept established by the previous sister schools in Helsingborg, Malmö, Växjö, and Lund. In a short time, we have established a very well-functioning operation with high demand, satisfied students, and parents. We offer the Economics Programme, the Social Sciences Programme, and the Natural Sciences Programme, and during the academic year 2025/26, we have over 600 students at the school. Ahead of the 22/23 academic year, we moved into the newly built and modern Campus Södermalm at Tullgårdsgatan 12. The campus houses four upper secondary schools. Each school has its own premises within the campus but shares common facilities such as lunch service, student café, sports halls, and state-of-the-art laboratories. In August 2023, our school received the decision from the quality inspection conducted regularly by the Swedish Schools Inspectorate on Swedish schools. A school's working methods are assessed by the Inspectorate within four areas: Principal's leadership, Teaching, Safety and study environment, and Assessment and grading. Within each area, it is assessed whether the school meets the Schools Inspectorate's quality criteria to a high extent, in several parts, or to a low extent. We are proud to announce that ProCivitas Stockholm was considered to meet the quality criteria to a high extent in all four areas. For the academic year 2026/27, we are seeking a teacher qualified in mathematics. The position is a 50% temporary substitute role for parental leave from August 6, 2026, to January 11, 2027.

We are looking for you, a qualified teacher, who is passionate about your profession and about all your students succeeding. You can navigate between the individual and the group by being flexible and varying your teaching. You work formatively, always seeing opportunities and new solutions to problems, and like to take responsibility, both for students' knowledge development and for the school's continuous improvement work. You are organized and clearly show students what the goal is and how you will work together to achieve it. You are very knowledgeable in your subjects and likely have a network of contacts outside the school world. You are a good leader who, with a relational approach, both inspires and enthuses your students.

You have very good computer skills and work digitally every day with shared documents, calendars, and planning, both with students and your colleagues. We work in a Google environment (Google Classroom) and Schoolsoft.
